BT5 Technologies’ holding company is based in the city of The Woodlands, Texas, USA.
We have the area of Research and Product Development in which engineers and specialists work in different geographical regions, with specializations in electronics, programming, telecommunications, mechanical engineering, petroleum, chemistry, industrial design, graphic design, among other areas.
The distribution of brands produced or sponsored by BT5 Technologies is distributed through authorized agents, and we hope that they will be available for purchase on our website before the end of 2019.

WARRANTY AND TERMS OF SALE
Warranty Terms are included inside the box of each product sold. Please read it carefully to understand your rights before using the product. You can return the product by following the instructions in the Warranty sheet. BT5 Technologies is committed with your satisfaction, therefore, if you are not satisfied with the performance of any BT5 product, you can contact the store where you purchased the product in order to coordinate the exchange for a new product according with the Return Policy.
Terms and Conditions of Sale are included in quotations provided to wholesale and distributor companies.
